Python implementation of dtangle for deconvolution of bulk RNA-seq and microarray mixtures.


Get started
-----------

You can install ``dtangle`` with ``pip``::

    pip install dtangle

Minimal example::

    from dtangle import deconvolut
    deconvolut(adata, adata_references, "cell_type")
